MacNeil Homes Joins Bailey Springs Builder Team

DAVIDSON, N.C. – MacNeil Homes chief executive, Anita MacNeil recently announced the company’s plans to buy 34 lots in the Bailey Springs neighborhood located in Davidson.
The development of Bailey Springs, located between Davidson-Concord and Sam Furr Roads (Hwy. 73), is well underway. Provident Development Group expects to deliver a portion of the lots in October, according to MacNeil who also indicates the company plans to start a model home as soon as development permits. “We are creating a special product line, borrowing elements from “Old English” architecture, adding features designed to fit with the charm of the Town of Davidson,” she adds.
The Town’s master plan for Bailey Springs shows a total of 199 homes when complete. MacNeil Homes joins David Weekley Homes on the single-family lots; the builder for the townhome section has yet to be announced.
